I can’t exactly pinpoint the moment during my journey when I realized I wanted to be a designer. It was probably at St. John Fisher College's newspaper, while we brainstormed ideas for an athlete of the year package. Or it could have been in the midst of tearing up a front page in light of breaking news. It very well was just a gradual romance, growing stronger with each passing issue. No matter what the case, I was hooked.

News, pop culture and politics are passions of mine. I've always had a creative side, whether it was drawing comic books when I was a kid or writing short stories all throughout school. Bringing these worlds together as a job is a thrill.
